Insurance
In-Network- Currently I am ONLY in-network for CIGNA Insurance. It is always important to verify your benefit plan prior to making an appointment to ensure eligibility as well as any in-network deductibles and co-pays. All in network insurance claims are submitted on behalf of the client. In the event of an an insurance denial of payment the client is personally responsible for fees. All co-pays, deductibles and co-insurances are due at the beginning of the session and can be paid by cash, check or major credit card. At this time payment is done online via Square. An invoice is sent to clients via email from Square and payment can be made online using Debit, HSA or Credit Card. Payment is expected when services are rendered.
Out of Network- For clients who are out of network, I will provide a receipt to the client to submit on their own. Prior to making an appointment it is important to inquire if your insurance plan reimburses for out of network services, what your deductible is and your co-insurance rate/percentage. I am happy to offer guidance to my clients on this process.
Payment
Currently payment is through Online Invoicing and can be paid with credit card, HSA or debit card.
All payment is due at time of service.
Cancellation Policy
For your convenience I offer a 24 hour appointment reminder. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged.
