Philosophy of Therapy and Change:
Therapy is an opportunity for clients to become more empowered in their lives and find their own pathways to change. I utilize a collaborative style that focuses on mutually identifying and meeting personal goals for change and healing. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere and integrate therapeutic approaches including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Client Centered Therapy and 12-Step Facilitation Therapies that are individualized to meet the needs of each client.
